Return Eligibility
Due to product integrity, safety, and quality control standards, we generally do not accept returns on research-use products once they have been shipped or delivered.
Returns may only be considered if the item received is incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or there was an error with the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened products, used products, products with broken seals, products damaged after delivery, and products returned without prior approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds
